Job Requirements

Must obtain Maricopa County Food Handler Certification
must pass urine drug screen
reliable transportation or plan to relocate to Buckeye AZ 85396
ability to work day and evening shifts including weekends
high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
previous customer service experience preferred
ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
friendly and professional demeanor
basic knowledge of reservation systems or POS systems
must have Maricopa County Food Handler Certification

Job Duties

Seats guests and manages the seating chart
monitors restaurant activity and seats guests consistent with manager-created seating chart
responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
performs opening and closing duties as needed
ensures guests feel welcomed cared for and valued
provides menus and takes names for reservations
answers the phone and takes TO GO orders
