Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- Introduce guests to servers with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Set guest expectations accurately during busy times
- Assist in organizing the dining area to ensure a smooth flow of service
