Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation
Manage seating arrangements and waiting list during high volume periods
Introduce guests to their servers
Ensure all guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
Accurately set guest expectations during busy times
Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
Maintain a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere throughout the dining experience
