- Previous experience in a guest-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and engage in friendly conversation when seating guests
- Introduce servers to guests to facilitate a smooth transition
- Manage the restaurant waiting list accurately during high volume periods
- Set guest expectations clearly and courteously
- Thank guests sincerely upon departure and invite them to return
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points regularly
- Assist with seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow
