Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of sanitation and health regulations

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome at the door
Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests promptly
Introduce guests to their server for seamless service transition
Manage the restaurant waiting list accurately during periods of high volume
Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
Clean and sanitize guest touch points throughout the restaurant
