Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and guest-service orientation
- Basic knowledge of reservation and seating software is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage seating arrangements and waiting lists
- Coordinate with servers to maintain efficient table turnover
- Provide information about menu items and specials
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Assist with resolving guest concerns promptly
- Support team members during peak hours
