Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- basic computer skills for log book and reservation management
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- customer-oriented mindset

Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests as they arrive
- offer choice of seating
- escort guests to their table and present menu
- read and maintain daily log book entries to coordinate communication between shifts and management
- maintain proper set-up of dining room
- receive and manage records of reservations and special functions
- ensure smooth operation of guest seating and dining area
