Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • basic computer skills for log book and reservation management
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests as they arrive
  • offer choice of seating
  • escort guests to their table and present menu
  • read and maintain daily log book entries to coordinate communication between shifts and management

  • receive and manage records of reservations and special functions
  • ensure smooth operation of guest seating and dining area
