The Clare is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Host/Hostess to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of dining and hospitality within the community's upscale environment. The Host/Hostess will coordinate the wait and buss staff, ensuring the dining room is set up properly and on time, maintaining a professional appearance throughout service hours. A significant part of the role includes monitoring the dining room's pace during dinner to guarantee all residents are served promptly and with care, reflecting the community’s commitment to outstanding customer service.

Working full-time from 11am to 8pm, including weekends and holidays, this position requires flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work full-time hours from 11am to 8pm
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Successful completion of a drug screen and physical exam
  • Compliance with vaccination status inquiries including MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu, and COVID-19
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • Ability to manage and coordinate staff effectively
