Job Description
The Mark by Jean-Georges, a renowned restaurant known for its exceptional dining experience, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Host/Hostess to join their front door team. The role involves managing reservations, seating arrangements, guest interactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of guest flow in and out of the establishment. The Host/Hostess will also handle Resy administration, administrative tasks, and maintain The Mark by Jean-Georges' service standards effectively.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a hospitality role
- excellent communication and hospitality skills
- proficiency in reservation systems
- ability to handle guest needs and maintain guest relationships
- strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- familiarity with dining room configurations and banquet arrangements
