Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (freezer and kitchen environments)
- Ability to stand and move for up to four hours continuously
- Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs and pushing/pulling carts up to 250 lbs
- Excellent hearing, seeing, speaking, and communication abilities
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per company standards
- Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards
- Comply with company safety, security, and operational policies
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and physical tasks including bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching
- Safe Server Alcohol and Food Handler certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food service experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills including Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, and POS
- Ability to deal effectively with customers using tact and diplomacy
- Strong organizational and detail orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all hotel guests and customers
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Communicate with wait staff and other restaurant personnel to ensure guest satisfaction
- Refill beverages, set tables, and clean eating and serving areas
- Expedite food orders and assist with To-go food preparation
- Maintain table condiments such as salt, pepper, sugar, napkins, ketchup, and mustard
- Perform additional duties as directed by management
