Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Arrive to work on time, in uniform, ready to work
- Change and keep menu board up to date
- Greet each guest with a smile and warm greeting
- Get information for table in a quick and meticulous way
- Seat guest in most efficient manner
- Make sure silverware goes to the table clean
- Keep an organized rotation
- Communicate with bussers and managers to ensure quick table turns
- Always lead guests to their tables and place menus in front of them after they are seated
- Give realistic quotes for wait times
- Be efficient at all 3 host positions
- Give a guest a salutation when leaving (never say good bye)
