You will be tasked with greeting customers warmly, gathering and relaying customer information accurately to the sales department, and supporting sales staff through administrative tasks such as logging up cards, preparing deal folders, and managing computer-based activities. Job Duties
- Greet customers with a handshake and introduce yourself
- Obtain customer names and relay information to desk personnel
- Fill out up cards, log up cards in the white log book, and deliver them to the Sales Manager
- Answer telephone calls and connect customers with the requested salesperson
- Prepare tags and make deal folders
- Monitor computer screens for lot activity
- Switch between greeter and deskperson roles every hour
