The dealership operates in a dynamic and fast-paced industry where customer interaction is key to maintaining a strong reputation and ensuring repeat business. Through a combination of industry expertise, innovative sales approaches, and dedication to customer satisfaction, Jenkins & Wynne, Inc. continues to be a trusted name in the automotive sales market.
The Front Desk Concierge (Hostess) role at Jenkins & Wynne is an essential position focused on providing a warm and refined first impression to all customers entering the dealership. This job involves greeting customers with a smile and handshake while maintaining an air of professionalism, elegance, and class. The role requires excellent communication skills and a calm, confident demeanor, as you are the first point of contact representing the dealership's values and customer service standards.
The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for managing initial customer interactions, including collecting customer information, communicating effectively with sales staff, managing up cards, and monitoring lot activity. The role also includes answering telephone calls and preparing necessary documentation such as deal folders and prep tags. It is a position that demands multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to switch between greeting guests and desk duties efficiently. Employees in this role report to the Front Desk Concierge Manager and must be able to stand for extended periods while maintaining an inviting and professional presence.
