We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly Hosts/Hostesses to join our team and uphold our dedication to exceptional hospitality. Hosts/Hostesses at True Food Kitchen play a crucial role in shaping the guest experience by providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive. This position involves managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the dining service. Our Hosts/Hostesses understand the difference between service and hospitality and genuinely enjoy making guests feel valued and comfortable. They contribute to the overall positive vibe of the restaurant by knowing regular guests by name and preferences, effectively communicating with team members, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Shift options include AM, PM, and mid-day with part-time availability ranging up to 40 hours per week. - some experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Welcome, greet, and thank guests upon arrival and departure
- make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them
- know regular guests by name, their preferences and special requests
- answer the phone promptly and with a smile
- when on a wait, record guest's information accurately, provide an estimated wait time, and seat accordingly
- accommodate guest seating preferences as often as possible without compromising the flow of service
- understand and adhere to all safety, sanitation and administrative procedures
