The brand has cultivated a reputation for excellence in hospitality, emphasizing a vibrant and welcoming environment for all guests. True Food Kitchen is deeply invested in creating meaningful experiences for both its guests and employees by fostering an environment of growth, inclusivity, and purpose.

This opportunity is not just a job but a chance to find your true purpose within a supportive and professional workplace. The role of a Host at True Food Kitchen is vital in shaping the guest experience by creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where every guest feels at home. Hosts are recognized as the heart of the restaurant’s hospitality, bridging the connection between staff and guests to ensure seamless service. They are welcomed into a vibrant culture that values authenticity, creativity, and a fun spirit as much as it values excellence and efficiency. The position offers a chance to be part of a team dedicated to transforming daily dining into a memorable event.

The Host role includes managing reservations, greeting and seating guests with genuine warmth, answering guest inquiries, and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the front desk and entry areas. Team communication is essential to ensure a smooth flow of operations and positive guest interactions throughout the shift. True Food Kitchen values individuals who bring a friendly and outgoing personality along with a passion for guest service and hospitality. While prior experience in the hospitality industry is welcomed, it is not a mandatory requirement, making it an ideal opportunity for those eager to start or grow their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Candidates for this position can look forward to flexible scheduling with availability for AM, PM, and mid-day shifts and the option for part-time to full-time hours. True Food Kitchen provides access to affordable and quality health care for part-time team members through Hooray Health, including telehealth options to support health and well-being. Additional benefits include pet insurance, employee assistance programs for personal and family support, dining discounts, paid volunteer time to give back to the community, and eligibility for the True Giving fund which supports employees in life-changing events.

True Food Kitchen is dedicated to cultivating a workplace where all associates can succeed, grow, and thrive. The company embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion, making it an equal opportunity employer that prohibits discrimination based on a wide array of protected characteristics under federal, state, and local laws. This commitment reflects the company's belief in a life of purpose and the transformative power it holds, not only for guests and team members but for the wider community as well. Joining True Food Kitchen means becoming part of a purposeful mission to enhance lives through meaningful hospitality and health-conscious cuisine.
