Job Requirements

- prior experience in hospitality or customer service
- ability to communicate effectively
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- manage restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- accurately set guest expectations
- introduce guests to their server
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points
- thank guests sincerely as they depart and invite them to return
- coordinate seating arrangements efficiently
