Currently, The Capital Grille is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Hosts. This role is crucial in setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience from the moment guests enter the restaurant. Hosts at The Capital Grille are responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing seating arrangements, and coordinating with servers to ensure seamless service. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage guest expectations during busy periods, maintaining an inviting and organized environment. Hosts also contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant by ensuring guest touchpoints are regularly sanitized.

This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with starting pay ranging from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on prior experience.
