Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to interact positively with guests
strong communication skills
willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
physical ability to stand and be active for long periods
basic familiarity with reservation systems
commitment to adhere to safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
friendly and upbeat personality
basic computer skills for managing reservations
ability to stand for prolonged periods

Job Duties

Welcome guests upon arrival and thank them upon departure
make guests feel comfortable and personally taken care of
remember regular guests by name and preferences
answer phone promptly and courteously
record guest information accurately during wait times and provide estimated wait times
seat guests according to company standards and accommodate seating preferences as possible
maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and entry areas
communicate effectively with other staff members throughout shift
adhere to safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
