Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely
- Comfortable with technology used for reservations and seating

Job Duties
- Welcome, greet, thank guests upon arrival and departure
- Make all guests feel comfortable and personally cared for
- Know regular guests by name, preferences, and special requests
- Answer the phone promptly and with a smile
- Record guest information accurately during wait periods and provide estimated wait times
- Accommodate guest seating preferences without compromising service flow
- Understand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
- Provide complete and timely communication to staff throughout shifts
- Seat guests according to company standards
- Maintain front desk area supplies
- Ensure entry, windows, and floors meet sanitation standards
