Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and politely

Job Duties

  • Welcome, greet, thank guests upon arrival and departure
  • Make all guests feel comfortable and personally cared for
  • Know regular guests by name, preferences, and special requests
  • Answer the phone promptly and with a smile
  • Record guest information accurately during wait periods and provide estimated wait times
  • Accommodate guest seating preferences without compromising service flow
  • Understand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
  • Provide complete and timely communication to staff throughout shifts
  • Seat guests according to company standards
  • Maintain front desk area supplies
  • Ensure entry, windows, and floors meet sanitation standards
