Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- some experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work varied shifts including AM, PM, and mid-day
- reliable and punctual
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Duties
- welcome guests upon arrival and thank them upon departure
- make guests feel comfortable and cared for
- know regular guests by name and preferences
- answer the phone promptly and politely
- record guest information and provide wait times accurately
- seat guests according to company standards and preferences
- maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and entry areas
- communicate effectively with staff during shifts
- adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
