Job Duties

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and thank them upon departure
  • make all guests feel comfortable and cared for personally
  • know regular guests by name, preferences, and special requests
  • answer phone promptly and with a smile
  • record guest information accurately during wait times and provide estimated wait times
  • accommodate guest seating preferences without compromising service flow
  • adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
  • communicate effectively with staff throughout the shift
  • seat guests according to company standards
  • maintain cleanliness and adequate supplies at the front desk area
  • ensure entry, windows, and floors are clean and meet sanitation standards
