Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work full-time or part-time shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to perform cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Must be punctual and reliable

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and with genuine hospitality
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during peak times
- Seat guests efficiently and introduce them to their servers
- Communicate wait times and set guest expectations accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touchpoints regularly
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Engage in friendly conversation to enhance the guest experience
