We are currently seeking a Part-Time Host/Hostess to join the team at the Sunbird Rooftop Pool, an exciting venue situated on the rooftop of the AC Hotel. This role is pivotal as it represents the first and last point of contact for guests, creating memorable first impressions that set the tone for an elevated rooftop experience. The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly, and customer-focused, thriving in fast-paced hospitality settings where delivering outstanding service is paramount.

Responsibilities for this position include welcoming guests warmly, managing seating arrangements efficiently, handling reservations and waitlists, and maintaining a polished and organized host stand area. You will coordinate with servers and management to optimize seating flow and maximize the guest experience. Additionally, the role demands excellent communication skills to provide information about menu offerings, daily specials, rooftop events, and hotel amenities, along with the capability to resolve guest concerns professionally.
