Ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Excellent communication skills

Availability for full time or part time shifts
Basic phone handling skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the front area

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Job Duties

Greet each guest and facilitate the guest experience by welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner
Escort the guests to their table
Communicate guest concerns to the manager as appropriate
Manage competing demands with patience and grace
Ensure the guests are acknowledged when leaving the establishment
Answer the telephone within two rings using proper telephone etiquette
Accept and organize reservations and prioritize reservations to accommodate guests
Manage the wait list
Prepare seating assignments prior to service
Help fellow team members when appropriate
Uphold the company processes and procedures
Organize, stock, and clean the front area
Complete any beginning or closing shift duties
