Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Basic knowledge of telephone etiquette and reservation systems

Job Duties
- Greet each guest and facilitate the guest experience by welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner
- Escort the guests to their table
- Communicate guest concerns to the manager, as appropriate
- Manage competing demands with patience and grace
- Ensure the guests are acknowledged when leaving the establishment
- Answer the telephone within two rings and using proper telephone etiquette
- Accept and organize reservations, and prioritize reservations to accommodate guests
- Manage the wait list
- Prepare seating assignments prior to service
- Help fellow team members when appropriate
- Uphold the company's processes and procedures
- Organize, stock, and clean the front area
- Complete any beginning or closing shift duties
