Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to greet guests warmly and professionally
Experience with handling reservations and waitlists preferred
Excellent telephone etiquette
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Strong communication skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts including full-time or part-time hours

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Greet each guest and facilitate the guest experience by welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner
Escort the guests to their table
Communicate guest concerns to the manager, as appropriate
Manage competing demands with patience and grace
Ensure the guests are acknowledged when leaving the establishment
Answer the telephone within two rings and use proper telephone etiquette
Accept and organize reservations, and prioritize reservations to accommodate guests
Manage the wait list
Prepare seating assignments prior to service
Help fellow team members when appropriate
Uphold the company’s processes and procedures
Organize, stock, and clean the front area
Complete any beginning or closing shift duties
