The Four Seasons Hotel Denver represents an urban retreat in the lively Mile High city, offering guests a unique blend of luxury and local charm with easy access to sports events, concerts, performing arts, and nearby ski slopes. This location emphasizes personalized service within an elevated mountain metropolis setting and includes amenities such as 24-hour room service, exceptional dining with locally sourced ingredients crafted by classically trained chefs, the stylish EDGE Restaurant & Bar, and a rejuvenating spa. The hotel prides itself on a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere allowing guests to relax and enjoy all that Denver has to offer.

The current opening is for a full-time Host/Hostess position at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver. This role is integral to ensuring guests begin their dining experience on a positive note by seating them promptly at tables that are preset based on the number of guests and their preferences. The Host/Hostess is responsible for managing the host stand, answering phones in accordance with the Four Seasons standards, assisting with room setup recommendations, maintaining station charts, and monitoring cover counts to keep the dining flow seamless. This position demands a candidate with prior restaurant or food & beverage experience, preferably between six to twelve months, and a flexible schedule that includes availability for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

Job Requirements

  • Possess legal work authorization in the United States
  • have a flexible schedule to accommodate variable shifts

  • have prior relevant experience in a restaurant or food and beverage setting

Job Duties

  • Seat guests promptly at tables preset for the number in the party and guest preferences
  • set up host/hostess stand and maintain station chart and cover count
  • answer phone calls according to Four Seasons standards
  • make recommendations for room set-up
  • maintain accurate records of restaurant seating and guest flow
  • coordinate with restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow
  • provide exceptional customer service to guests
