Job Requirements
- Possess legal work authorization in the United States
- have a flexible schedule to accommodate variable shifts
- be fluent in English
- demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- have prior relevant experience in a restaurant or food and beverage setting
Job Qualifications
- Six to twelve months of restaurant or food and beverage experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- fluent in English
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- prior experience in luxury or upscale dining environments preferred
Job Duties
- Seat guests promptly at tables preset for the number in the party and guest preferences
- set up host/hostess stand and maintain station chart and cover count
- answer phone calls according to Four Seasons standards
- make recommendations for room set-up
- maintain accurate records of restaurant seating and guest flow
- coordinate with restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow
- provide exceptional customer service to guests
