As a Host/Hostess at Quattro Restaurant & Bar, you will play a crucial role in delivering the impeccable service for which Four Seasons is known. Your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome each guest, acknowledge regular visitors by name, and ensure that every patron is seated promptly at a table that fits their party size and preferences. This role requires a keen attention to detail, an understanding of guest needs and restaurant seating logistics, and the ability to anticipate and address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and grace. You will be responsible for managing the host/hostess stand, including reviewing reservations, maintaining seating charts, and balancing server workloads to enhance guest satisfaction while supporting operational efficiency.

This full-time position demands a flexible schedule, including availability on weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a fast-paced luxury environment and demonstrate strong communication skills and a polished, professional appearance consistent with Four Seasons grooming standards. Physically, hosts and hostesses should be prepared to stand for extended periods and handle various physical tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
