This position requires a flexible schedule, including the availability to work evenings and weekends during peak service hours. Candidates must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages and demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor. Physical demands include frequent standing and walking and the occasional need to lift light weights and perform tasks requiring stooping or reaching. Prior experience in a hosting or guest service role is preferred, along with familiarity with reservation and POS systems such as OpenTable and Toast. Food handling certification such as ServSafe is also considered a plus.
