Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as walking, pushing, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
  • must follow grooming guidelines and present a professional appearance
  • work authorization required

Job Duties

  • Offer a warm and engaging welcome to guests at Quattro Restaurant & Bar
  • seat guests promptly at tables according to party size and preference
  • set up host stand and review guest reservation book
  • make recommendations for room setup
  • maintain station chart and cover count
  • answer telephones and take guest reservations or provide information
  • anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or problems
  • recognize regular guests by name and use guest names consistently
  • inspect and maintain daily menus to ensure quality and appearance
  • develop complete knowledge of all menu items and daily specials
  • perform other duties as requested by management
