This mission is deeply rooted in the establishment's values of teamwork, integrity, excellence, humility, and the spirit of Deixa Comigo, which translates to "we've got you" – emphasizing strong support among team members and a welcoming atmosphere for all.

As an iconic premium steakhouse, Fogo de Chao offers more than just a meal; it delivers an immersive journey where every dish and moment are crafted to engage and delight guests. The company believes that better futures start by bringing the best to the table daily, not only through exquisite food but also by fostering a fulfilling work environment. Employees at Fogo de Chao benefit from growth opportunities on both professional and personal levels, underpinned by a culture that values inclusion and respect.

The role of Host / Hostess / Greeter is critical in creating the first and lasting impressions for guests visiting Fogo de Chao. This position involves greeting guests warmly and professionally, guiding them to their appropriate tables, and managing the flow of the dining room efficiently. The host or hostess serves as an ambassador for the brand’s hospitable spirit, ensuring that every guest feels welcome from the moment they arrive until they leave. By organizing, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness in the front lobby, the individual helps uphold the restaurant's high standards.

Immediate hiring opportunities are available for those seeking part-time or full-time positions, making this an ideal role for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and thrive on delivering excellent customer service. The role requires the physical ability to stand for extended periods, transport objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and work during weekends and holidays. Fogo de Chao values individuals who manage competing demands with grace and professionalism.

In addition to a dynamic work environment, Fogo de Chao offers comprehensive benefits tailored to support the well-being and security of its team members. Full-time hourly employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance starting from the first of the month following 60 days of employment. The company also provides company-paid life insurance and short-term disability benefits where allowed. Voluntary benefits include critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life insurance, and pet insurance.

Part-time employees also receive significant benefits, including Minimum Essential Coverage health plans, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, with coverage beginning as early as the first of the month following hire. Voluntary enrollment options extend to pet insurance, legal services, and identity protection. Fogo de Chao is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify employer, welcoming candidates from diverse backgrounds and ensuring fair hiring practices.
