Job Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage guest seating efficiently and courteously
- Coordinate guest reservations and inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of seating arrangements and availability
- Ensure compliance with all Four Seasons policies and service standards
- Collaborate with restaurant and hotel staff to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest concerns promptly and with a positive attitude
