Royal Palm South Beach Miami is an iconic beachfront hotel situated at the vibrant intersection of Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive, a prime location that offers direct access to pristine white-sand beaches, the oceanfront boardwalk, and Miami Beach's rich cultural, dining, and entertainment experiences. Currently undergoing a transformative $110 million renovation, this landmark property is set to reopen in 2026, reimagined as a premium lifestyle hotel designed for high-impact meetings, incentive travel, lifestyle-driven gatherings, and unforgettable group experiences. Rising 17 stories above the shoreline, the hotel will feature 404 thoughtfully redesigned guestrooms and 20,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces, blending the nexus of business and leisure in a dynamic, design-forward environment.

In this role as Host/Hostess, you will be the charismatic and customer-oriented individual who creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the very moment guests arrive. You will bring your high energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional interpersonal skills to greet and assist guests, ensuring every visitor feels special and well cared for. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment will be essential as you coordinate seating arrangements, provide menus, answer questions, and work closely with the kitchen and serving staff to deliver timely and outstanding service.

Responsibilities extend beyond seating guests: you will assist with managing reservations and waiting lists, maintain an organized hostess station, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues with professionalism and service excellence.
