Job Requirements
- Minimum 17 years of age
- Authorization to work in the US
- Food handlers certification
- TABC certification
- Ability to work flexible full-time or part-time schedules
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong hospitality heart
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure in busy settings
- Basic knowledge of hospitality and restaurant operations
- Food handlers certification is advantageous
- TABC certification is preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Seat guests efficiently and professionally
- Present menus to guests in a courteous manner
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude at all times
- Manage guest waitlists and reservations
- Communicate effectively with service staff
- Ensure the dining area entrance is clean and organized
