Job Requirements
- Good communication skills
- able to lift 25-50 pounds
- capable of standing for up to 8 hours
- able to perform motions including pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- prior experience as a host is a plus
- ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties
- Greeting guests promptly and with a smile
- seating and escorting guests to their tables
- opening doors for guests arriving and departing
- accommodating special guest needs such as boosters, highchairs, and disabilities
- processing To-Go and delivery orders accurately
- managing the wait list during busy times
- providing menu recommendations and additional information
- upselling additional products when appropriate
- taking orders using order software, slips, or by memorization
- communicating order details clearly to kitchen staff
- delivering food and beverages to outside guests in a timely manner
- cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the restaurant
- providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
