As a hostess/greeter at Fricker's, you play a crucial role as the first and last point of contact for guests during their visit. This position requires an outgoing and friendly individual who takes pride in making a great first impression and ensuring guests leave satisfied and eager to return. Your daily responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly upon arrival, informing them about specials and events, managing waitlists, seating guests, bussing tables, assisting servers, handling carry-out orders via the POS system, and collaborating with management to create a seamless dining experience. You will also be responsible for answering phones, processing orders accurately, processing payments, and suggestive selling to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant sales.
