Job Duties
- Warmly greeting guests upon arrival and escorting them to tables
- strategically seating guests to balance table load among servers, ensuring efficient service
- providing accurate wait time estimates and managing the flow of guests during busy periods
- presenting menus, answering initial questions, and ensuring menus are clean and available
- dealing with to-gos and food delivery orders
