Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive
Manage the waitlist and seating chart to ensure efficient table turnover
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand
Buss, clean and properly reset tables
Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth operations
Assist in resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions
Be knowledgeable in all menus including lunch, dinner, bar beverage menu, kid's menu
Help with other positions in the restaurant as needed
Provide excellent customer service
