We are currently hiring for the position of Host/Hostess/Greeter, an essential role responsible for initiating the guest experience with warmth and professionalism. The Host/Hostess/Greeter is the face of Fogo de Chao, tasked with welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements to optimize dining flow, and maintaining a clean and organized front lobby area. This role requires someone who can handle multiple competing demands with grace, ensuring that each visitor feels cared for from their arrival to their farewell. As part of your duties, you will also complete shift opening and closing tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the restaurant. This position offers both part-time and full-time employment opportunities, with pay starting at $17.81 and progressing up to $21.81 based on relevant work experience. Full-time hourly team members are eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of employment, along with company-paid life insurance and short-term disability where allowed. Part-time employees are offered a Minimum Essential Coverage health plan plus dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance coverage beginning as early as the first month after hire.
