Known for its warm hospitality and authentic flavors, Fogo de Chao is more than just a restaurant; it is a vibrant community committed to igniting fire and joy to care not only for its guests but also for the dedicated team members and surrounding communities. The establishment’s mission emphasizes bringing the best to the table every day, underscoring their focus on a purposeful future for both customers and employees alike. As a company, Fogo de Chao values teamwork, integrity, excellence, humility, and a supportive culture embodied by their motto, 'Deixa Comigo' which roughly translates to 'we've got you.' These values are not just words but are actively practiced every day, making Fogo de Chao a unique and fulfilling workplace.

Currently, Fogo de Chao is hiring Host/Hostess/Greeter positions with immediate start options available. This role is essential in setting the first impression for guests by providing a friendly and professional welcome that fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a Host or Hostess, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, seating them at their appropriate tables, and managing the flow of the front lobby area. Your role contributes significantly to the guest experience by ensuring that each visitor feels valued and cared for from the moment they enter until their farewell. The position requires you to be organized and proactive, keeping the lobby well-stocked, clean, and orderly during shifts. You will also be expected to juggle competing demands effectively and assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with competitive pay starting at $21.30 per hour and going up to $25.30 depending on relevant work experience. Full-time team members become eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits starting the first month after 60 days of employment. Additionally, the company provides life insurance, short-term disability, and a variety of voluntary benefits including critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life, and pet insurance. Part-time team members are also provided with minimum essential coverage health plans alongside dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance with similar eligibility timing. Voluntary benefits such as pet insurance, legal, and ID protection are also available for part-time employees.

Fogo de Chao prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer and participates in E Verify. They seek candidates who are ready to contribute to a dynamic, supportive team environment where every team member is valued and empowered to grow professionally and personally. Joining Fogo de Chao as a Host/Hostess/Greeter means becoming part of a passionate team dedicated to feeding a purposeful future with excellent service and hospitality at its core.
