Fogo de Chao's mission is deeply rooted in igniting fire and joy not only in its food but also in its commitment to caring for team members, guests, and communities alike. This dedication creates a purposeful workplace where every team member has the opportunity to grow professionally and personally while delivering excellence in service. The establishment strives to make space around the table for everyone to feel included and valued, reflecting its commitment to diversity and community engagement.

The available position is for a Host/Hostess/Greeter, a vital front-of-house role responsible for shaping the first and last impressions guests have of Fogo de Chao. This role involves greeting guests warmly and professionally, ensuring an inviting entry and exit from the restaurant. The Host or Hostess manages the seating of guests efficiently to maintain a smooth flow within the dining area and is also entrusted with organizing, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness in the front lobby throughout their shift. Additionally, this position requires balancing multiple priorities smoothly and handling opening or closing duties to prepare the restaurant for service or to conclude the business day. The role demands physical stamina as it involves standing for prolonged periods, working at a fast pace, and transporting objects weighing up to 25 pounds. It requires availability on weekends and holidays, aligning with the operational needs of a busy dining establishment. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, thrive in dynamic environments, and are passionate about contributing to a memorable dining atmosphere. Fogo de Chao provides competitive pay starting at $18.04 and up to $23.04 per hour, depending on experience, underscoring its commitment to rewarding talent and dedication.

Fogo de Chao offers comprehensive benefits to support both full-time and part-time team members. Full-time hourly employees become eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage are also provided where applicable. Additionally, employees have access to a voluntary benefits package that includes critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life, and pet insurance. Part-time team members receive minimum essential coverage health plans along with dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance benefits starting soon after hire. They are also eligible to enroll in voluntary benefits such as pet insurance, legal assistance, and identity protection.
