Known for its dedication to quality, authenticity, and hospitality, Fogo de Chao has built a reputation as a premier dining establishment that not only serves delicious food but also creates memorable experiences for its guests. The company emphasizes a culture of teamwork, integrity, excellence, humility, and support, which reflects its mission to ignite fire and joy in caring for its team members, guests, and communities. This commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment extends to every aspect of the business, from the quality of service to the opportunities available for career growth and personal development.

At Fogo de Chao, the role of Host/Hostess/Greeter is integral to the guest experience as it is the first point of contact for visitors. The position involves greeting guests warmly, managing seating arrangements effectively to optimize the flow of service, and maintaining the front lobby’s organization and cleanliness throughout the shift. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until their departure. The Host or Hostess plays a crucial part in shaping the ambiance of the restaurant by managing competing demands with professionalism and efficiency. Moreover, this role offers opportunities to engage with diverse guests, contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant, and be part of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service. Employment at Fogo de Chao as a Host/Hostess is available immediately, with shifts that may require standing for long periods and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Fogo de Chao supports its employees with a range of benefits designed to promote their health, wellbeing, and financial security. Full-time hourly team members gain access to comprehensive health insurance options including medical, dental, and vision coverage starting from the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Life insurance and short-term disability benefits are also provided by the company. Additionally, voluntary benefits such as critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life insurance, and pet insurance are available, helping team members customize their benefits to fit their individual needs. Part-time team members are eligible for a minimum essential coverage health plan alongside dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, with access to voluntary benefits including pet insurance, legal assistance, and ID protection.
