We are currently seeking a friendly and outgoing Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting both new and returning visitors with genuine enthusiasm and a warm smile. This role is vital in setting the tone for the dining experience and ensuring that each guest feels valued from the moment they step through our doors. As a Host, you will be responsible for managing the flow of guests efficiently, communicating wait times accurately, and escorting guests to their tables. You will also handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, maintain a clean and organized entryway, and assist team members as needed to foster a positive and cooperative working environment.

This position requires excellent verbal communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with reservation systems, particularly the Open Table Reservation System, is a plus but not mandatory. The Host should maintain a professional appearance at all times and be physically capable of standing, walking, and staying focused for extended periods. The role also includes all opening and closing duties, ensuring that the entryway and host station are tidy and ready for daily operations.
