The Host/Hostess/Greeter role at Fogo de Chao is a vital part of the guest experience team. This position involves welcoming guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the restaurant. Hosts/Hostesses are responsible for seating guests appropriately, managing the flow and organization of the front lobby area, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels, and bidding guests farewell with a friendly attitude. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills to manage competing demands effectively while maintaining a calm, courteous presence throughout the shift. Additional responsibilities include performing opening and closing duties, which are essential for maintaining smooth restaurant operations.
