Fogo de Chao is currently hiring for the position of Host / Hostess / Greeter, a pivotal role within the front-of-house team responsible for creating the first impression for all guests. This role requires individuals who are friendly, professional, and efficient in managing seating arrangements in a busy dining environment. Hosts and hostesses act as the welcoming face of the restaurant, greeting guests warmly, seating them promptly at appropriate tables, and managing the flow and organization of the front lobby area. This position demands multitasking abilities, as hosts must handle competing demands while maintaining the ambiance and orderliness of the front area through organizing, stocking, and cleaning tasks.

The job also includes responsibilities such as bidding farewell to guests with the same friendliness shown upon arrival and completing various opening and closing shift duties to ensure smooth daily operations at the restaurant. The role is suited for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, have excellent interpersonal skills, and are committed to providing superior guest experiences.

Fogo de Chao offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities with comprehensive benefits packages tailored to support the health and well-being of their team members. Full-time hourly team members become eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month after completing 60 days of employment. Additionally, the company provides life insurance and short-term disability coverage at no cost to the employee where applicable.
