Currently hiring for the position of Host/Hostess/Greeter, this role is crucial in setting the tone for the guest experience from the moment they step into the restaurant. The Host/Hostess serves as the first point of contact, ensuring every guest is greeted warmly and seated appropriately with professionalism and care. This role requires excellent organizational skills to manage the front lobby, maintain cleanliness, stock necessary items, and perform opening and closing duties. The Host/Hostess also manages competing demands effectively while maintaining a calm and friendly disposition.
The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to transport objects up to 25 pounds and to stand for extended periods, as well as the flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Available for immediate hire, the role offers part-time and full-time opportunities. Full-time hourly team members enjoy a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance starting from the first day of the month following 60 days of employment, as well as company-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage. Additionally, Fogo de Chao offers a voluntary benefits package covering critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life insurance, and pet insurance.
