The role of the Restaurant Supervisor/Manager represents a critical leadership position within the resort's vibrant hospitality environment. This role demands vigilance and the ability to ensure the smooth flow of restaurant operations, often stepping in during the absence of restaurant supervisors or managers. Core responsibilities include receiving payments from customers using various methods, managing billing via point-of-sale (P.O.S.) systems or adding machines, handling cash transactions correctly, and issuing receipts.
