Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a warm and professional manner
  • ensure guest satisfaction with dining experience
  • effectively assign servers to sections
  • manage reservations and assign guests to tables
  • maintain restaurant entryway and complete side work and cleaning tasks
  • promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment
  • maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
  • be knowledgeable of menu items including contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
  • accurately answer guest questions
  • process all payment methods
  • perform other duties as assigned
