Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

- knowledge of menu items and restaurant operations preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a warm and professional manner
- ensure guest satisfaction with dining experience
- effectively assign servers to sections
- manage reservations and assign guests to tables
- maintain restaurant entryway and complete side work and cleaning tasks
- promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment
- maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
- be knowledgeable of menu items including contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
- accurately answer guest questions
- process all payment methods
- perform other duties as assigned
