This position is responsible for greeting and seating guests promptly and pleasantly, handling payments accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- Six months of previous cash handling experience preferred
- Adherence to all appearance standards including no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and management
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to use hands, hear, and talk as required for the job
- Ability to utilize close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception in performance of duties
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Preferably 6 months of previous cash handling experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and management
- Professional appearance adhering to company standards
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and handle objects
- Ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and pleasantly
- Count and ring in all guests
- Answer phone calls
- Finalize all transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of cashier areas
- Upsell beer, wine, and alcohol to increase departmental revenue
- Handle products properly to decrease expenses
- Clean entrance area
- Learn and follow all company and departmental policies
- Keep supervisor informed of guest concerns and comments
- Ensure guest satisfaction with a positive and courteous attitude
