We are currently seeking a Host/Greeter to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in setting the tone for each guest's experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will be the face of our restaurant, greeting guests warmly and assisting with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flow within the dining area. In addition to managing reservations and waitlists efficiently, the Host/Greeter will also provide guests with menus, answer their initial questions, and handle any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.

This position plays a key role in coordinating with serving staff to maintain a seamless seating process and support overall customer service efforts. The Host/Greeter will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host stand, waiting area, and dining room. Additional duties include taking orders to go, helping package food for third-party delivery services, and supporting team members in creating an exceptional guest experience.
